Hi, I’m Shruti.
I design spaces. I notice details. I like making ideas real.
I’m the interior designer behind SOI, Shruti Ostwal Interiors, a studio designing homes, workplaces and hospitality spaces, working pan India.
My approach
I’m fascinated by how spaces shape the way we move, feel and live.
My journey has taken me from design education to live projects, working across concepts, drawings, visualisations and execution. That range is what I bring to every project: the idea, and the know-how to make it real.
Good design isn’t about adding more. It’s about knowing what belongs.
SOI brings together my perspective, experience and attention to detail to create spaces that feel effortless, purposeful and personal.
Spaces to live, work and remember.
Interiors that tell your story.
Why work with me?
I bring together creative thinking, technical understanding and real project experience to create spaces that are both beautiful and practical.
From concept to execution, I stay involved in the details that make a design work, and every project starts with a clear understanding of the client, the space and its purpose.
Thoughtful design
Every decision starts with who the space is for and what it has to do.
Honest process
Six clear stages, and a clear scope, fee and timeline before anything begins.
Spaces made to last
Materials and details chosen to age well and work hard, day after day.
From first sketch to finished space
Concepts, drawings, visualisations and execution: the same attention at every stage.

Four pillars
People
Spaces crafted specifically for the people who live, work and gather in them.
Well-Being
Environments designed to nurture, through light, air, texture and calm.
Possibilities
Brighter tomorrows, designed through light and structure.
Spaces
Interiors that tell your personal story, one considered detail at a time.
An emblem that means something
Every element of the SOI mark stands for a principle in how we design: the earthy, textured background for calm and openness, and the shapes within it for structure, warmth and possibility.
The Arch
A universal symbol of doors, transitions and new beginnings, framing a philosophy of creating spaces that inspire a better tomorrow.
The Circle
The sun: wholeness and possibility, bringing warmth, light and positive energy into every space we create.
The Vertical Lines
Drawn from natural wood grain and fine joinery, standing for structure, balance and attention to detail.
The Curve
A soft arch of flow, harmony and human connection, making spaces feel personal and alive.
